Dan is a diverse lawyer with practices ranging in all areas of litigation including insurance defence, subrogation, construction, employment and family law. After starting his legal career as a summer student at Baldwin Law, he spent two seasons with a Toronto-based employment law boutique then returned to his roots in Belleville at the firm where his career began.
Dan’s real-life personal endeavours in the home renovation and construction markets offer him an intimate understanding of his client’s legal interests in these industries. Dan’s volunteer experience within the health services sector provides him with a unique perspective on his insurance and insurance practices.

Business has been a major part of Greg’s life. Growing up in Trenton, Ontario his family operated a manufacturing business for several generations. During University, Greg furthered his interest in business, graduating with a degree in economics from Connecticut College which he attended on a hockey scholarship.
Greg attended law school at the University of Ottawa, where he focused on business and real estate law. He was the President of both the Sports & Entertainment Society and the Business Law Society.
Greg remains an avid sports enthusiast, with his primary passions being golf and hockey. Greg continues his involvement in the game of hockey as a licensed player agent representing amateur and professional players.
His commitment to the local community is evidenced by his positions as a past Director for the Quinte Healthcare Corporation, Past-President for the Kiwanis Club of Trenton, and Chair of the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.
Greg’s specialized areas of practice include corporate & commercial, real estate and estate planning.

A less traveled path to becoming a lawyer – A former paramedic, volunteer fireman and member of the Canadian military, Chris decided to apply these invaluable life experiences in the world of law. With over 20 years of law-related experience in the public sector, Chris now practices a wide-range of law at Baldwin including litigation, employment, human rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defence, and civil disputes.
Chris is proud of his eight-year military career serving our country with Canadian Forces (Army) and Primary Reserve (Medic), he continues to teach resuscitative programs to paramedics, physicians, and nurses.

A licensed paralegal with over 30 years of trial experience, Lorraine was instrumental in founding Baldwin Law. In addition to managing the firm, Lorraine is an integral part of day-to-day operations at Baldwin. Working directly with clients, counsel and the Courts she partners with Steven Baldwin and the associates to deliver strategic and effective legal solutions.
Lorraine has earned a reputation for her ability to efficiently process claims and carry a file from commencement of pleadings to trial conclusion.
